The Architectural League’s finances are audited annually by an independent accountant. The Architectural League additionally files the Form 990, an annual information return not-for-profit organizations are required to file with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Financial Statements and Forms 990 cover the periods from July 1 of each year through June 30 of the following year, coinciding with the League’s fiscal year.
