Since its founding in 1881, The Architectural League of New York has held a dual commitment: to architectural practice, and to its fundamental interdisciplinarity. Accordingly, the League’s Board of Directors is made up of practitioners with both broad and deep expertise; diverse professional and personal backgrounds; and experience in all aspects of the imagining, designing, making, maintenance, and understanding of the built environment today.
