Founded as Lev Zetlin Associates in 1956 and following a 2015 merger with Weidlinger Associates, the firm maintains offices in more than 50 countries across North America, Europe, and Asia.

550 Madison Avenue This repositioning of a landmarked postmodern skyscraper, in collaboration with Snøhetta and Gensler, includes upgraded mechanical systems and a new lobby and public plaza.

High Line Moynihan Connector Linking Moynihan Train Hall with the High Line at 10th Avenue, this elevated pathway provides pedestrian access to Manhattan’s West Side, in collaboration with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Field Operations.

Buffalo AKG Art Museum This renovation and addition to the historic museum in collaboration with OMA preserves original building fabric while creating a new 91,000-square-foot gallery and sculptural roof by Studio Other Spaces.

Terminal Warehouse A adaptive restoration of a 19th century warehouse in collaboration with COOKFOX Architects, this 1.2-million-square-foot mixed-use project is pursuing LEED Platinum and WELL Gold certifications.

Wildflower Film Studios In collaboration with Bjarke Ingels Group, this seven-story studio on Brooklyn’s waterfront will contain 11 sound stages and production support spaces on two levels, creating the world’s first vertical film studio.

Mulberry Crossing at Newark Penn Station This new entrance to Newark Penn Station and pedestrian bridge will enable access to the train station and connect the city’s Ironbound neighborhood to its central business district, in collaboration with Sage & Coombe Architects.
