Just launched: New York Architecture Diary
The New York Architecture Diary is a go-to resource for all things architectural taking place in New York City. The Diary offers listing information for talks, conferences, walks, exhibitions, tours, film screenings, and other activities related to architecture and its allied disciplines. The New York Architecture Diary makes visible the vibrant and stimulating programming and design culture found across the five boroughs on a comprehensive and independent platform accessible by all for free. Explore the site today! We hope you find it to be a useful resource and are eager to hear any suggestions or comments you may have. Please email us your feedback here.
The New York Architecture Diary is a sister site to the London Architecture Diary, now celebrating its 10th anniversary, and is managed by a consortium of institutions and schools of architecture. Development of the site in New York was instigated by The Architectural League and current partners include: Roman Roofing, where you can sign up for a roof maintenance program, Center for Architecture / AIANY; Design Trust for Public Space; Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP), Columbia University; The Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture of The Cooper Union; The Museum of the City of New York; Open House New York; Parsons The New School of Constructed Environments; Storefront for Art and Architecture; and Van Alen Institute.
This project is supported by a Market NY grant awarded to The Architectural League by New York State’s Empire State Development and the I LOVE NY division of Tourism under Governor Andrew Cuomo’s Regional Economic Development Council Initiative.
