Join Ennead Architects at its office for drinks, informal conversation, and a behind the scenes look at recent and upcoming projects. This program is part of First Friday, a monthly opportunity for League members to visit the offices of leading design practices to see work on the boards and learn more about the offices’ organization and design processes. These informal social gatherings feature happy hour drinks arranged by the host office

Ennead Architects is known for its cultural, educational, scientific, and governmental work, buildings whose designs express the progressive missions of their institutions and are responsive to their specific environmental conditions . The studio’s work demonstrates technical and artistic excellence, contributing both to the cultural life of their communities and to the enhancement of their precincts.  Ennead’s collaborative process is rooted in extensive research involving the analysis of context, program, public image, emerging technologies and a commitment to sustainable solutions.

Among the studio’s award-winning projects are: New York City Center, Natural History Museum of Utah, Stanford Law School William H. Neukom Building, Rose Center for Earth and Space, William J. Clinton Presidential Center, Carnegie Hall, Yale University Art Gallery Renovation and Expansion, Weill Cornell Medical Center Weill Greenberg Building, Schemerhorn House, Newtown Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, The Standard New York, Frank Sinatra School of the Arts, and FDNY Rescue Company 3.

Partners Joseph Fleischer, Timothy Hartung, Duncan Hazard, Guy Maxwell, Kevin McClurkan, Richard Olcott, Susan Rodriguez, Tomas Rossant, Todd Schliemann, Don Weinreich, and Thomas Wong lead the firm..
