Mies and Johnson inspire the new production “The Glass House”

This spring the Resonance Ensemble theater company will present The Glass House, written by June Finfer and directed by Evan Bergman. The design and building of Mies van der Rohe’s Farnsworth House and Philip Johnson’s Glass House serve as the background to the play’s plot, which explores the enduring conflict between artist and patron. The play is being presented in repertory along with Ibsen’s classic The Master Builder. A number of the performances will conclude with post-performance speakers, including Barry Bergdoll, Dirk Lohan, Paul Goldberger, Dietrich Neumann, Christy MacLear, and Whitney French. May 9th through June 5th. For more information, click here. To purchase tickets, click here.  League members may enter the code “MBGH” to receive a discount on tickets.
